Chabot Elementary School

Welcome to Chabot Elementary School. We have over 490 students from Transitional Kindergarten to Grade 5, 22 classrooms, including 3 Extensive Support Needs (ESN) Special Day Classes (SDC), and a wonderfully dedicated staff. Our goal is to educate each child and prepare them for a successful future. Chabot is part of the CASUMS initiative which stands for California Step Up to Multi Tiered System of Support. We provide academic support through our school wide RtI (Response to Intervention) program, resource program and speech therapy. We provide behavioral support through PBIS (Positive Behavioral Intervention System) and Second Step curriculum. We provide social growth opportunities though the Kindness Matters campaign and other socially conscious activities. Finally, we provide emotional support through positive relationships with staff, group counseling, and individual counseling.
